"My husband just got let go after almost 3 months. They told him how well he was doing. Gave him reviews every few weeks. Called him up told him he was terminated. No reason other then "we will not be continuing with your training". He did everything they asked, never complained very personable, didn't even complete breaks, never called in and was eager to learn. The way they lead him to believe all was great just to let him go 2 days after Christmas. No one said it was seasonal, just that he was an exceptional worker before that happened. Terrible to do to a very loyal person."

"Ordered stuff online and they delivered it, took 3 different tries because each time driver failed to communicate and give 1/2 hour notice like they said. Then the driver proceeded to get rude and hang up on me. So then I called the office and they did the also proceeded to protect their unprofessional driver and argue with me. If you have the option stay far away! Super unprofessional and disrespectful. Good luck getting your order aswell."

"By far this is the most reliable trucking company I've found in the past 11 years. In the past, whenever I've had to hire a freight co. to go into a NJ port, I pretty much have to say a prayer ahead of time because some companies are so unreliable; costing businesses hundreds to thousands in drayage fees. Since I started using ODFL on the regular, I have not had one issue and I always get my freight when they promise. Transport may run about 20% more than other companies but worth it in the long run."

So experience and knowledge of your particular role is vital. They want people who work safely while maintaining your duties in a timely manner. So be prepared and dress accordingly."
