"I would like to start off by saying that working with the Federal Savings Bank (exclusively with Calvin for the majority of this process and towards the end with Shanté) was the BEST experience/decision our family could have made. I worked with Calvin over the phone to calculate the numbers that would work for my family and he absolutely pulled through for us. Calvin is reliable, kind, and very patient! The process of buying a home and getting a mortgage can be stressful and overwhelming (especially for a first time home owner like myself), but having worked with Calvin was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to reassure the numbers would work, and he did not disappoint! He was thorough with acquiring the necessary information needed to proceed with the purchase of my first home, and my family and I are so happy we entrusted this piece of the home buying process to him. "They are the worst. We were trying to get our home refinanced with this bank and they were so devious in their dealings with us. Every time we decided to make a move they would come up with something new every single week that went by throughout the process, they would come up with figures that we did not agree on without telling us or having our consent, and I would find out only through emails that I would get, the representatives whom I dealt with we’re located in a branch Phoenix, Arizona, towards the end of my dealings with them they became rude and completely unprofessional. They were never professional to begin with. They could never give you a straight answer when you asked and straightforward question, they tell me things that we’re not applicable to my particular case. It seems they all just graduated from business school and they were put to work on projects that are too much for them to handle. All four of the representatives that I had dealings with made it very clear they really didn’t understand the process of refinancing. They really didn’t know how to deal with anything. I’m very dissatisfied with this company, and I absolutely do not recommend them. Beware of this bank. Every step of the way I felt like we were getting scammed. Long story short, I decided not to go along with them because of all the deception and misinformation. Beware of this bank do not use them to handle large amounts of money like that of a home mortgage or getting a home equity line of credit, I think all this bank is only capable of is operating their ATM machines. Beware of using them for major financial decisions."

"My parents have been trying to get a mortgage for our first home , however due to the fact that my father was a victim of Identity Theft, it messed up their credit and we weren't able to get mortgages. Finally, we were introduced to Federal savings bank by our close friend who also did their mortgage and highly recommended them for our complicated situation. Upon doing my research, we was little skeptical with the previous comment, however when we visited the bank ,we were introduced to Max, he educated us through the process and gave us hope that my parents can buy their first home. Him and his team guided us through the mortgage process and was always there to help with any questions I had. They were always on top of everything and updated us on the process.
