"shoutout to the two men that delivered my soulcycle bike today. They were amazing and most people would’ve just rescheduled my delivery because of the inclement weather and my location, which is on a hill that causes some difficult conditions for deliveries. Regardless, they completed the delivery of my bike which I have been waiting for, for a very long time. thank you!!"
"I’ve never experienced a delivery as bad as JB Hunt. First time 1 guy showed up with my stove, he wasn’t able to get it in the house by himself, so my husband had to help him. Guy apologized - wasn’t his fault they sent him alone. Then they bring my fridge, 2 guys showed up and said oh sorry we can’t bring it in the house. So I had to schedule again. 2nd time they bring a whole crew and brought it in the house but then claimed that they couldn’t install because they panels weren’t on the fridge. It is a built-in fridge. The panels can’t go on the fridge door until it is installed. The guy flat out refused to do it. He claimed he couldn’t install the trim, again just applying simple logic I asked him does the trim touch the fridge door - he said no. It then became clear these people had no idea what they were doing. When you make an investment in an appliance you want to make sure it is installed properly, don’t trust these guys."
