"I called around the Buffalo area to request estimates for car service to Youngstown from the airport. Buffalo Black Car Service was the third vendor I called. They were not the cheapest, but Tony answered my questions with patience and made me feel like he actually wanted my business. I visited Buffalo during the “first” snowfall of the season. My driver James was efficient, careful and particularly helpful to me as I was navigating with an arm in a sling. I will certainly use this car service when I return to Buffalo. "it was very stressful to try and find a service to use in Buffalo, while being in Ontario Canada. However once I found Tony all that stress was immediately gone. Tony was/ and continues to be so helpful, quick to respond, and made me feel like my family and I would be 10000% taken care of. We were provided with Rick as our driver. Rick went ABOVE and beyond. From The second I spoke to him The day before until he dropped us off. The communication was 11/10. It was pouring rain all day and he still made sure he was hands on the entire day showing us around helping us find food and drinks, stay dry etc. I seriously could not recommend this service enough.
