You do not torment an employee, period. Let alone about their mental illness and physical disabilities. That is appalling, shame on you guys. I'm livid for this poor girl, who after only THREE days of working, was told she's not learning fast enough even though every single person needs time to get used to a new job. Wise up. Or else you're going to have a lot of problems in the future keeping employees as well as customers. I'd rate zero stars if I could....
