"Mita Jewelry is one of the most rip-off stores ever. I went there for exchange my jewelry the net weight of the jewelry on their scale was 4.2 grams total, and noticed something was wrong. So I went to an another jewelry store and the net weight of my jewelry came out was 8.5 grams. I was shocked to see that Mita jewelry associate trying to ripped me off. The associate was also rude! “BRING YOU OWN SCALE” with you. Don’t trust their equipment. Hope someone else finds this useful."

"The workers and the boss are highly unprofessional and rude. The skinny old lady that was working yesterday, Tuesday at 7pm was so rude. She was ignoring me when I kept asking about an earring replacement and adjustment. After asking for the fifth time she responded and said they would charge $40 for each earrings back. I requested if she could lower it to 25 as it is a small back piece of an earring, and it is very common to bargain down prices at such gold stores. She then said no but I can do $30 which was fine for me and i did spend $30 last time for another earring placement. I gave her my earring, she took it to the back for repairment. She came back and I asked how long it would take to finish, she said 10mins. I came back in 20mins, I was told by her boss to wait 2mins. I waited for 5mins, and received my earring with its back piece. The boss quotes me $35 including tax $38. I informed the boss I was told $30, the lady worker was in front of me lying that she never said it was $30. I requested the boss if he can lower the price, he stayed put to the price and did not agree to lower the price. They are two-faced, first they give you a lower price and then say they never gave you that price and charge you higher. These people are unprofessional, liars, and thieves! Will never come back here again, horrible service"

"I got my layaway earring for a price of more than a thousand dollars. I Picked it up for a week, I was so happy to wear it I found out it wasn’t even I’ll put pictures for you to see , be careful of the items that you getting, inspect them very well, take pictures before be sure to measure them as well by the time you claimed your lay away."

"STOLEN GOLD FROM A REPAIR. I gave the owner my bracelet to repair , literally was 2 circlular rings that needed to be rejoined to one end and another to a set of hanging beads that were hanging off from the other end. Unfortunately , I got the bracelet back after 45 minutes later realizing the one gold piece “crown” was missing from my beads. I went back to speak to the owner and he said he never had the gold piece , despite me showing him pictures of the gold piece on my bracelet . The owner again blamed me stating I had lost it and never brought it in to repair. I asked if he could just do a quick search in his work area to see if the piece was left but he was again adamant nothing was there . I have attached a prior pic and one after the repair with the piece missing . Lesson: DO NOT GET YOUR JEWELERY REPAIRED FROM HERE THEY WILL TAKE PIECES OF IT OR CARELESSLY LOSE IT."
