"I've worked with the ladies at Rochester Travel Group twice and both times I've had a wonderful experience. The first time was when I took a trip to Florida in February- my flight ended up getting cancelled. I called the travel agency to explain and they found me another flight which ended up saving my trip! I also used them to book my flights and resort for my honeymoon and we had an amazing time. They have great recommendations and always find you the cheapest flights. I plan on continuing to use them in the future!"

Instead of having to spend money to stay a night in Atlanta, they were able to work there magic to get me a extra night in st Lucia! To top it all off I am actually getting money back! "My husband and I went through Rochester Travel Group for our honeymoon In September, The "5 star resort" we stayed at was horrible the food was disgusting and the entire resort was under construction the whole time... We ended up coming home 4 days early and had to pay an extra $400.00 to come home early,... they offered to move us to another resort but it was going to cost alot more,... I was so excited for my honeymoon and it was one of the worst experiences of my life... We never even got an apology or anything from RTG... I would like my money back !! What a waste...I could have booked a better trip on my own...."
