"If you want authentic spicy, never buy Wegmans products. They label their product spicy but they literally NOT SPICY LOL Specially for some products with label Thai Chili but it literally tastes sweet. Not spicy at all. It's like being disrespect towards Thai cuisine. Thai chili is spicy, way spicier than Serrano pepper. Their team definitely are bad at telling what is spicy and what is NOT SPICY. I've been asked what can Wegmans improve, and I answered they can improve their spicy department. But sadly they never hear since they only care for money and profit. Even their harbanero chili sauce are NOT SPICY LOL Definitely bad at spicy department. Do they even have a real Asian or Thai employees who can help them tell which is spicy versus not spicy?"

"This is our most favourite shopping hub. Every time we visit here, it's no less a feeling than a festival, around the year. This time during our visit, we looked for cheese curds which weren't placed there, where they usually do. We sought the assistance of this tall senior gentleman (customer service personnel), and he patiently looked around the store and helped us find them, for he wasn't sure either of the new aisle, it was placed at. They are always super delicious (Garlic & Chilli cheese curds). Regarding the exteriors of the store, the pictures sure speak for the kind of festive look it gives. The path leading to the store in and out, lined up with beautiful flowers looks like a ramp leading to a wedding stage. Those cute pumpkins painted bright, lift up the spirits!!"

"This was the most beautiful wegmans I have ever shopped in. Everything was stocked perfectly. The sub shop was superb. I will go back every chance I get! I wish they would have a wegmans like this store in Utica NY!!"

"Best grocery store I’ve ever been. Not only the grocery, many things. I’ve been to most of the wegmans in Rochester, but this is the vast one. They got more than 20 double aisles. Besides that they have: Deli counter Bakery Pizza Sushi bar Wings bar Asian food Soups Cold subs Salads The burger bar Beer cooler Not sure if I’ve missed any, you name it they have it. At the entrance you can find deli to the left. Wegmans having the best subs in Rochester. You can find several kinds of fruits, and some unique selection. Veggies are always fresh. They are water sprinklers above the veggie coolers to keep them fresh all the time. Most of the time we go for organic stuff, it’s bit expensive than regular but worth it. They have some handful selection of cakes, croissant, bagels, and many bakery items. Tres leeches cake is delicious. They have 6-8 different kinda of soup which are low price and delicious. They have various selection of wings, sushi, pizzas etc. Organic meat in here tastes great. This is the kind of place I want to go around though I went for a single particular item. Every item here seems fresh. They have wegmans burger bar, which is like a small restaurant making great burgers. Everything tastes delicious here. Aisles are maintained clean. They have around 21 check out counters, and 12 self checkout. So, it never seems like we are waiting at checkout line. Every employee here is always responsive and polite. They assist us in every way possible. They got a vast parking lot which may fit more than 1000 cars. It’s difficult to find the nearest parking to the door. We can go on writing a lot about this place. Overall, it’s a quality store."
