"Far worth the visit, and didn't have to travel far. Some very great deals in original Irish jewelry and knick knacks, such as the one in the photograph. When we choose to revisit Ireland, we will be using this "highly recommended travel agency."

"Please do not use the company as they are very unprofessional. I am trying to get my refund back on a trip I scheduled prior to COVID and they are not paying me back. I say not to use this company because It would take them long periods of time to follow up on my questions or concerns via phone or email. . The staff was very unprofessional when I brought up their wrong doings and they would not apologize. They would respond back by saying “that’s not my job or we don’t talk to our customers when their trips are booked out very far”. It was not until I appeared in the office and they could meet in person as a, African American Female, they then told me I could no longer show up in person because I was “threatening” and they would call the police. The owner had screamed at me over the phone and told me I was only telling lies about his staff and he would never believe a negative comment from a customer because he has been working with his staff for 30 plus years. He backed that opinion up by saying all phone calls are recorded and I told him he should listen to his phone calls and he responded by saying I’m not going to waste my time. I encourage everyone not to use this business and take your money else where."

"Will not refund for medical reason for not traveling due to their own mistakes. Very unprofessional! After screaming at multiple customers over the phone threatened to call the police if I brought emails to his office disproving his claims and excuses. Very unprofessional, please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME with people who do not care about you, your business, or your experience."
