"K&L medical transportation dropped off client at 20 Hagen Dr and proceeded to park in handicap spot! Ended up calling the company and got rude treatment and he must have called the driver who tried to pick a fight!! Had to call the police!!DON'T EVER USE THIS LOSER BUSINESS!"

"How is kenny, who is the owner still in business?? I would Never recommend this company.... the owner/driver was very rude on 3 different occasions. If it was possible to leave No stars & a big thumbs down I would. I called and had my insurance removed from this company. I don't doubt all the bad reviews posted on here.. with the same experience. SMDH!!"

"Called this morning to cancel a trip made through my insurance. The person who answered the phone was very short and seemed rushed. Just asked my name and what time was my pick up and that’s it. I’ll be removing them from my insurance and will try a different company."
