"Growing up I'd always wanted to visit this store. The way it looked and the window design was so appealing to me. My first visit was my last. When I came into the store, the clerk asked me to put my bag up. I looked around to see if anyone else had to do the same, and there was a woman walking the store with a bag slightly larger than mine that was not asked to do this. If you are going to practice this with some customers, you should practice this with all customers. This happened a while back, but I am now ready to share this experience. It's alienating, discriminatory, and will leave out the last word that encapsulates what happened."

I absolutely knew that I would find what I needed at Arenas!! I had excellent customer service and support, They even let me go in the walk in cooler and pick out flowers that were perfect for me!! "Arenas canceled my order 2 days before I needed it. I called to confirm pick up time, employee called me back to tell me they didn’t have a flower they specifically suggested to me. Then when I attempted to have a good understanding of what was available they called back to cancel order dude to the owner not feeling comfortable, after first having a 3rd party employee tell me they didn’t have any of the flowers even tho I had text messages from the employee telling me the options available to me! The owner made it seem I was hard pressed about the arrangement but in fact I only took issue with the fact that I was concerned about customer service, why I was suggested flowers they didn’t have and why no one called to notify me of this before my pick up date! My initial order date was almost 3 weeks in advance of when I needed them!"

"They have design pieces to suit anyone's interest. Walking through the store is a treat in and of itself. They designed my bridal bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful! I took these pictures the day after the wedding, and even through the heat they still look amazing!"
