"I took the time to place an order online and then called to confirm my order. They absolutely refused to deliver my order without the recipients phone number as a means to contact them before the delivery. The order was to be a surprise and thus, calling the recipient ahead of time would have obviously ruined the surprise. I offered my own phone number to call to verify as to when the recipient would be home to complete the delivery, to which they had no viable response as to why that would not suffice, and promptly said they were cancelling my order and immediately hung up. Horrible, unprofessional and ridiculous treatment to a paying customer. Take your business elsewhere"

"Wonderful customer service. My dad received an arrangement while in the hospital, 2 day later the flowers were wilted and dying. We called and spoke to Ken, sent him pictures of the wilted flowers. The next morning my dad received the most beautiful bouquet. I highly recommend North Park Florist, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Thank you Ken."

"Flowers were beautiful and ordering them and having them delivered was super easy. The driver also made sure to let me know when he dropped them off so they wouldn't stay outside too long (recipient didn't answer the door). Cant ask for much more when it comes to getting flowers delivered"

On Valentine's Day he also added on sponge candy to the order and they forgot to deliver it with my flowers. My husband called the next day (mainly just expecting a refund on the candy) and they apologized and ended up delivering the candy to me today!
