"Beyond impressed with the customer service and compassion that Zander and the team at Dash's on Main Street showed my school community in our time of need when the power went out. I called Dash's a little after 10:30am asking for 5 sheet pizzas to be delivered to us at school by 11:30am so all of our faculty and staff would have a hot lunch. With the very little lead time and the inclement weather happening outside with the wind storm, I figured it was a long shot. Yet, without hesitation, Zander asked, "cheese or pepperoni?" "Be careful buying chicken breasts there....They are huge because they are pumped full of steroids and unnatural foods and feed to make them that way which is why they are more often than not privy to "wood breast"---(rubbery) no matter how you cook them. Natural or organic chicken- although smaller, doest have the condition."
"I just recently started to shop here. And it's great. The food is fresh, especially the meats. I will not buy my meat from anywhere else now. Reasonably priced and staff very friendly."
"This store has an amazing selection of products to choose from, especially meat and Italian items. Unfortunately when I went to check out, the woman ringing me up completely ignored my presence without saying anything to me. She then proceeds to have a conversation with the customer behind me and doesn't even attempt to talk to me about anything. Meanwhile she slams my groceries into the bags and doesn't even ask how I want things packed. I had higher hopes for Dash's with customer service. It's important to interact with your customers so that I come back. And to throw my purchases into the bags is just disrespectful. What a sad experience after enjoying the shopping experience leading up to checking out!"
