"Worst experience ever. I can do a better job myself than paying almost $100 for this gel mani/pedicure. When I arrived, they made me wait 20 minutes for the technician who wasn't even at the store (even though there was someone available). At first, they didn't explain to me why I had to wait until I asked them. The two ladies were also talking very loudly in Chinese to each other and were rude the moment I stepped in. They told me it’s because the nail polish is 'too liquidity ' when I told them how unprofessional they were. Then proceeded to tell me how good the person is and that it’s the nail polish. Well, anyone with eyes can see how unprofessionally done this is. Please do yourself a favor and not waste any energy/time on this place. I'm gonna redo my nails tomorrow. What a waste of 2 hours of my life."
"Disappointed with my experience here. I needed a tip on one of my nails as it was broken and was charged $8 for the tip, which was fine, until the manicurist cut off one of my others nails and charged an additional $8 for a tip. I was expecting around $65 for an SNS manicure but was charged $91 and was scolded for not tipping more than 15%. Then, my nails were chipping and cracked after a week."

"Pretty disappointed with my experience here. I called ahead of time to get pricing for a gel manicure with French tips. I was quoted $43 and booked an appointment. Upon arrival I picked my base color and asked for French tips. Right before my nail tech started the French she informed me it would be an extra $15. I told her that was fine, assuming in total I’d be charged $43 ,like I was quoted. I let her know what my price quote was but she informed me I would be charged $15 on top of the $43 quoted. I was frustrated, but was already there so I had her continue. Unfortunately, the French manicure was done very poorly. It was left uneven and looks like something I did myself and I’m bad at nails. I understand why places charge more for French tips but when you pay $15 more I was expecting an excellent job but left not liking my nails at all."
"I needed a salon to go to near my office. I came in at 12:15pm on my lunch break and left at 1:15pm. Tina was profesional and did an incredible job on my dip powder manicure. Best place I could find in midtown east and I’ve tried several. Highly recommend."
