"They were extremely unorganized. They said my phone would be ready same day and then told me that it would actually be ready the next day and then when the next day came, they didn’t contact me even though they said they would. I ended up calling them to ask what’s wrong and they said there is another issue and said they can’t give me my phone until they fix the camera even though I didn’t ask for that and he said it would be ready the next day so I said ok fine and had to wait another day and when that day came no one contacted me AGAIN and so by now I was over it so I came to the shop myself and there was only one person there who knew nothin about anything which is like what?? At least have people here that know what’s going on. Anyways yea. Worst place ever and worst customer service ever. Don’t come here."

"I have asurions home plus coverage. Cost like $20 a month or $25 a month. Given today's technology usage in the home, I would recommend this to everybody. And you break I fix solves everything. If they can fix it they do. However they don't fix TVs. Sure in just give you the money. After your deductible, of course. I dropped a tablet off. It's a high-end tablet and they may have to send it out to get it fixed. Otherwise they'll ship me a new one. These folks here on Austin Street have fixed one of my phone screens and now they're doing a tablet for me. Highly recommended!"
