"Choice Home Warranty(CHW) assigned this company to me. Lenny the owner was reassigned to replace a kitchen faucet that needed replacement. This was fixed by them just few weeks ago and broke again and now needed replacement. If they had done their diagnosis well the first time, they didn’t have to come the second time. Appointment was initially set for Wednesday. Lenny calls me a day before asking can he rather come on Friday. I was not available on Friday and asked him if he can come on the assigned date. He agreed. Does not turn up and rather calls and asks he to send the picture of the faucet so he can go purchase and come with the faucet and install it the same day. We decided for Monday, I confirmed our call on text. I was not sure if this would be possible the same day and therefore reconfirmed that he can do all on same day after checking the pictures. Lenny’s technician arrives on Monday and checks and I told him what was discussed with Lenny, he seemed surprised and made a comment stating his boss lies and makes unrealistic promises. I suggested him to go buy the faucet and get this replaced the same day as was agreed. He left saying he will discuss with Lenny and come back, does not turn up. I get a call from Lenny stating they will need to buy the faucet and he will get it one Wednesday. Lenny will dodge you and play with his words. Initially he said that particular faucet is not available and I agreed to to one that he suggested, but then he even did not have that. I asked him when can he come back and he said he will order and receive it next Wednesday and come on Thursday. I agreed. I call him on Wednesday to check and find out that he has not yet ordered. He was supposed to order it last week. Now he was asking me to purchase it from Amazon so he can come replace. This is against CHW policy as they had already approved $70 for the faucet and he should have had it by now. Lenny now suggests that he will place an order and then come next Thursday to fix. I spoke to Lenny and asked him to complete it as scheduled or cancel. I have now been reassigned to a new plumber and wasted almost three weeks with all this lies. All these drama for just replacing a faucet. Should not be that hard if you know some basics of plumbing! Lenny the owner of the company is Unreliable and will keep lying. Stay away!"

"The owner of this company flat-outlied to my Home Warranty company to say I did not have a leak. He then misdiagnosed the leak, claiming it was from something not covered by my warranty (when it cearly wasn't) and wanted me to pay out of pocket for unnecessary repairs."

"Lenny, the owner and operator of Dial-A-Sewer-Man came out to give my company, Bergen County Veterinary Center, an estimate, on Saturday 3/12/16. He diagnosed the problem and was out here today, 3/17/16 with our new toilets and had them installed within about a half hour. There was no mess to clean up after and everything is working just as they promised. In addition, they followed up the installation with additional diagnostics to make sure that what they said would work was working. It was comforting to know that the owner was on the job himself, supervising the work being done and ensuring that everything was being done as promised. His workers were courteous and friendly. We are a high volume animal hospital that can not afford to have toilets that don't function and are grateful to have found Dial-A-Sewer-Man. We will absolutely keep them on speed dial should we run into any problems in the future!"

"This company swindled my family out of $5000. They said they repaired the inside of our sewer line and gave us a "lifetime warranty". We paid for the required maintenance for several years and then the sewer line backed up again. I called their number but the man that came said he wasn't with them and said they were out of business. When I mentioned the lifetime warranty...he started yelling at me. He told me that I should just pay $100 today and my line would be fine again. I said that something must be wrong if my fixed line is clogged again so soon that it requires clearing. He started yelling at me again and I asked him to leave. I had another company come and put a camera in my sewer line and the whole line looked exactly as it did before the $5000 repair. Dial a sewer man had taken my money and not done any work except to snake the line to get it moving again. It is really disheartening to know that people can look at you and lie to you and steal your money."
