"Great customer service! Very accommodating with exchanging something for store credit"
"Dont go here. I went to get the back glass replaced on my iPhone 12 and they replaced the battery and screen without asking and charged more. The screen did not let me type normally and freaked out doing things on its own several times. It was visibly warped and the pixels looked off. After two days I dropped it from 1 foot up with a case on it and it completely stopped working. Had to go to the Apple Store and spend $$$ to get it functional again. It works now but the bunk battery still gets super hot will have to get more work done on it. Tried to get a refund from them with little luck. Do not go here it’s not worth it. :///"
"My PS5 was not turning on, and I was running out of options on where to fix it or if it was even fixable… how ever I was referring to this shop and samuel and his technician were able to re vibe my PS5 and we’re able to turn it on back again! I’m happy scene I was able to fix it for way cheaper than buying a new one!"
"Always very friendly and helpful. Fair prices and wonderful service. If you need a new activation or phone repair, this is your spot!"
"DONT DO IT. Do not go to this place if you have anything more advanced than a rotary phone and a flip fone. Spend a little more and go to an Apple store or a an Android professional store. For the first time ever in decades my cell phone carrier (Specturm) does not provide Insurance for New York State residents so after my phone iPhone, 10XS MAX, screen shattered by my trunk door I was in difficulty fixing it for the less than 300$. The Apple store wanted 312$. When I found myself in Ridgewood for an errand I looked up places to there that would fix phones. I found this ridiculous place that had good reviews and was close. I called and Simon told me he would give me a good deal for my iPhone’s xs max screen:140$. Blinded by the good deal and desperate to fix my phone I didn’t think twice about going through with this. I have learned in the past that usually a really good deal comes with a penalty but I never thought they would make my phone pretty much worse. The day after I got my phone back I realized I couldn’t use my face app and I called and Joe told me “NO PROBLEM bring it and we will fix it”. By then the 50 cents worth screen protector they charged me 5 dollars for had come already off, day after. I went asap, 2 days later and left my phone. When dropping it off I had told Simon and Joe, who works with the tech part about the face recognition and they said to leave it and it will be taken care of. I came back an hour later and phone was ready. I asked Joe about the fix and he started to stutter, with “umm, and umms” couldn’t tell me straight forward. I see that his communication skills are worst than his phone fixing skills. He couldn’t even look at me in the eyes and tried to tell me he needed a part for phone recognition. It was like pulling teeth , in desperation I told him that he could take more time but to please call me at least in a week! Of course he didn’t. So I called after a week. By now I realized that my touch screen is completely off, my screen friendly gloves do not work with this screen, my texting and autocorrect is all off and my face recognition does NOT work in anything. When I called Joe answered. His communication was just as awful on the phone and he couldn’t handle any of my inquiries. He had clearly lied to me saying he could fix it. In my mid sentence he just handed the phone to Simon who apparently is the “manager”. Simon told me they could do nothing about face recognition and that this happens once in a million. ANOTHER LIE! He was only willing to look at my phone a third time for my keyboard not working. Going there the first time was a mistake, the second time was stupidity and a third time would be insanity. They are not honest business people. I will report this uncivilized store to better business bureau. I will go to the Apple Store and get my phone fixed, I’m hoping they didn’t cause permanent damages that will cost me more. I will lure you in with a low price that’s still expensive and will not be taking care of your high profile electronics. Don’t make the same mistake I made, do not go to this store, you’ll regret it. The photos I have included show my “fixed phone” from these thieves completely becoming disabled after falling on carpeted floor."
