"Disgusting building run away from Caldwell their is mice. Mold bed bugs and more so do your self a favor and pay the extra $$$ for a decent place. I won't go in that place again look at the pics I posted of my fren an how they have been living that is terrible they need to throw that whole building away fr"
"If you expect to have access to an elevator, don’t live here! It constantly breaks down (I mean at least a dozen times in the last month, probably more). The owners won’t pay for a permanent fix. Management used to send someone to reset it but they don’t anymore. 4/5/6 flights of stairs in a building that doesn’t have A/C is brutal. Ask anyone who lives here, it’s a constant battle"
"Old beautiful building in great location! Off-street parking can be difficult (extra $75/month for city park pass is kind of a bummer) overall management & maintenance are responsive, polite and professional. Shout out to Skipp and Val they are so kind and friendly and 100% need a raise for their hard backbreaking-work it makes my day running into them!"
"Not a great place to be. The only part I enjoyed was the location next to downtown Troy. Off street parking is extremely difficult, the building itself reeks of smoke, constant leaks and drainage issues, mice issues, no air conditioning capability on certain floors, administration does not respond to emails. If you can, pay a bit more to live somewhere else."
