"the apartments are nice, generally well-maintained, though we’ve had a slew of maintenance issues since being here (resolved timely). No issues with neighbors. however, whenever i have to speak to any of the employees or staff involved in management, i am met with some of the most rude, condescending, disengaged, disorganized and unprofessional conversations of my life, especially as a tenant."

"Lived here from 2016-2021. Nice place to live. Any issues Albert was always helpful with repairs /snow removal. Apartments are really close to everything from the farmers market near downtown troy to East Greenbush shopping. The only thing I would have liked is some more outside stuff. Maybe benches or picnic tables to go with the grills that were finally installed last spring!. All in all I deff will miss living here."

"In this apartment, I had seen the WORST PROPERTY MANAGER every in my life. I wish I can give '0' ZERO rating for this Apartment. She is very rude to the tenants not just with our family but I heard the same from our neighbors. Things will never get done if you are working with her. She will create a problem to you and your family in someway or the other. I have been staying in this apartment since it was opened after construction. Just because of this manager we moved out of this place recently. Previous property managers were professionals and make you feel this is your home but with this lady it is the opposite. Apartment is decent but if you have to deal anything with this women (Property Manager) then it will be a nightmare. There are many decent apartments with a professional management around this area. AVOID THIS APARTMENT....!!! You may consider this apartment if you don't see this property manager again in this property."

"Terrible place to live! Our Heater was broken during a deep freeze this winter. It took three days for someone to show up to fix it. Clearly these apartments were built quickly and cheaply. Floor boards constantly separating, cracks in ceilings , floor boards that are uneven and don't match up. Carpet would become moist around the Windows during rainstorms and started to smell of mold. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. There is a false sense of security . There are security cameras that don't stop people from breaking into cars . Questionable people breaking the lock on the door so their friends can come and go as they please. Parking is aweful, you can never find a spot. Would never live here again."

"Only good thing about this apartment complex is Its a new Construction and amenities are good. Coming to the drawbacks: (1) construction of another 2 building's is going on and every morning you will get a wake up call by the noisy construction vehicles. (2) Very dusty surroundings because of construction.Can't take pets out for a walk. (3)No management people onsite. (4) very small USPS boxes which are suitable only for envelopes.For packages ,we need to go to post office and pick up as the postal people don't have access to enter building.."
