"All smiles until you sign the lease. I began receiving harassing calls from the NCC Business Services Collection Agency in 2018 and shortly afterward a negative report was placed on my credit report. Finewell companies failed to provide written notice of any balance due or an itemized list of damages to explain the charges. I did not receive a security deposit back upon moving out with no explanation. Finewell Realty has poor management and living arraignment. During the lease, I was forced to move from multiple units due to an infestation of roaches, mold, and mushrooms growing out of the floor."
