"Lived at Park Place for 2 years right after they were completed. We had 2 newborn babies and zero noise issues while there. I was afraid that the noise would travel from unit to unit but no such issues arose . Our neighbors would have parties and you could barely hear unless you crammed your ear against the wall. Good sense of privacy between units. Had a great experience at Park Place and the management was always great. Would live there again !"

"I absolutely LOVED living at Brook Edge. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would stay there forever! It was literally like a sanctuary with the brook running through the back of the property. So beautiful, peaceful, and serene. The apartment itself was wonderful. Lots of space and storage, everything is brand new. It felt very private even though there are other units next door to you. The location was also great, easy to get to anything you need. Tracey from Paragon Residential Management was wonderful if I ever needed anything. It truly was the best apartment and I will miss it!"

"Park Place at Brook Edge has been a wonderful place to live over the past 2 years! The management company is very responsive and excellently maintains the grounds. The apartments are nicely finished, clean, and pet friendly. My favorite part--sitting on the back patio listening to the sound of the Wynantskill Creek and watching wildlife."
