The Residences at Lexington Hills

"Reflecting on my time at Lexington Hills is truly exhausting due to the multitude of challenges we faced. These apartments merely mask underlying problems, similar to putting lipstick on a pig. They present a superficial front that contradicts much deeper issues. Throughout my stay, we grappled with problems ranging from rodent infestations, malfunctioning central air conditioning units, to a persistently leaking toilet that took an astonishing 3 weeks to repair. Daily construction work disrupted our peace, commencing every day at 6 am without reprieve. Regrettably, residents received no compensation for their inconveniences; instead, they were made to believe that enduring the construction was their only recourse. The long list of issues we endured is too extensive to detail. We unfairly shouldered blame for all apartment issues, while the “property manager”, rarely admitted fault. The "facilities manager", Persuad, is condescending and maintained a sinister relationship with the property manager, during our whole stay. Even as we tried to move out, the "facilities manager" wrongly blamed us for worn carpets and “pet stains” during our final inspection. Our service animal had never caused any accidents or problems. Nonetheless, he seemed determined to accuse us unfairly, possibly to keep our security deposit. After discussions with the property manager, and exposing their lack of evidence for visible pet stains, we did manage to get our deposit back. Although the apartment exteriors possess an appealing appearance, the thought of residing here again is unthinkable. The cost of "luxury" living was in no way matched by the experience itself. From the commencement of our lease until its end, the entire stay was spoiled by an extensive sense of misery."

"We love living here at The Residences at Lexington Hills. The grounds are immaculate, the units are very nice, the club house is awesome and the staff is always pleasant and responsive. We especially love working with Rachael who has always been super professional and courteous. We've been here almost 2 years and can't say enough good things about the complex."

"I didn't just 'visit' I live here now. Moved in 2 weeks ago and love it. Once I'm completely unpacked I'll relax and enjoy life without snowblowing and lawn mowing (rather my husband will!).
