"The place is infested with mice. No matter how clean you are you will still deal with rodent issues. The foundation is not secured to the ground leaving holes for them to enter. Management nor maintenance sees this as an issue, they say it's normal for them to pass through. I moved in in February and started dealing with the issue in March. They refused to get an exterminator maintenance just stuffs holes and lay down sticky traps. Maintenance also has an attitude when they have to deal with the rodent issue. Two weeks ago I caught two in one day on separate traps. One in the morning and one in the evening, winter time it's even worse. After constantly complaining and making maintenance come remove the traps everytime a mouse was caught I finally got them to break my lease. There was no way I'd continue to pay rent n let the cold season settle in to deal with even more mice! If you don't own a cat I suggest you skip this complex!!"

"My partner rented here for a bit over a year. Nothing but problems and unresponsive staff. Constant issues with bug infestations and the smell of cigarettes. No documents collected for pets so likely dogs there with out proper shots. Now , unsurprisingly it's a nightmare to get security deposit back, no response or answering phones, no email address, and a permanently down website, all a bit sketchy. This complex is disgusting, they will not respond to you in any reasonable time frame, you will have bugs, your apartment will smell like cigarettes and you will not be happy with your interactions with the staff and it's not even priced to compensate for these things. If you are fine with these things as well as not receiving your security back, this place may be acceptable for you."

"Lived here for almost 2 years. Moved out in June. Such a fantastic place to live. I had a little bit of a situation where I had to move out of my lease almost 6 months early because of my bfs work and village one not only let that happen but I was told that because I was breaking lease terms I would not get my security deposit back… maybe a month after move out my deposit came in the mail with a little note. The office is amazing and very well accommodating. I can not speak for all the apartments but mine was updated and pretty! Hallways need some work and smell but the apartment was clean, spacious and if things went wrong staff was there quickly."
