"I highly recommend the Hampshire Apts complex, it is a most beautiful place to live for young people, and anyone, for professional people. It is extremely affordable, and you will live in luxury, as if you are in a hotel with a pool and the workout room, and everything all the amenities that you may need, the garbage disposal is within walking distance, and very clean and well-kept the halls, the building the premises the landscape everything is just 100%. You cannot miss out on living at the Hampshire Apts. If you are looking for an apartment, make sure you go to the Hampshire’s and Paula will make your stay most wonderful. She is an incredible, calm and caring person and very kind. . additionally, the laundry facilities are gorgeous brand new, clean, and easy to use.."

"I have tried for several months to receive back an $1,100 check with no success. Every time I try to reach out to someone, I am told “it should be in the mail” or there was a “mistake”. I believe this apartment complex is really really nice and the people who work there mean well, but I need the money back I was promised (in writing) and I’m not sure what else to do besides leave a negative review and hope someone new reaches out to me and can help me with my situation."

She truly works for the residents to ensure they are comfortable in their living space. The renovations made to the complex only increased its value. Maintenance was also very easy to work with and they were always quick to respond to any issue. Highly recommend living in the Hampshire Apartment complex."

"Lived here a long time. The one-bedroom apartments have a great floor plan that is spacious and efficient. Common areas are well-maintained and kept clean. Management is very conscientious and professional. Any required maintenance is performed promptly and done right the first time. Overall a great value."

"I’ve lived here for nearly a year now, and I’m very impressed with how everything is going. It’s in a safe area in Niskayuna within walking distance of a few restaurants (I love Paulie’s pizza), and I enjoy running around in the neighborhood. I’m a recent grad working in the area, and there’s some other young people living here too I’ve met, but it’s also quiet which has been pleasant. The office is extremely quick to respond to work requests and concerns. I had a bulb go out in the kitchen and they had it replaced before it was even cool. I’ve heard similar stories from friends. When it snows overnight, the parking lot is plowed when I leave for work at 6:30 am. I certainly would recommend to any one."
