She immediately responded to any inquiry I ever made. Any time there was a maintenance issue (which there rarely was), it was addressed within a day. Both buildings were also kept in good condition. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Stern and especially Kathy."

"I love living in the Lofts at the Village Gate. We're going on our 3rd year at the property and we couldn't be happier. The space is beautiful and unique, and the upkeep is impeccable. Whenever something goes awry, the property manager and maintenance crew are all over it. Toilets, sinks, smoke alarms, or even dead light bulbs, they're fixed correctly and in a timely manner. A few months ago, they even came and cleaned our ceiling fans for us. The building is safe, secure, and full of respectful professionals and the location can't be beat. NOTA is amazing and anything you need is either downstairs or within walking distance. Living above Lento and Get Caked is equally glorious and dangerous, but I wouldn't trade for anything."
