"I visited this building yesterday. I had a bad experience with an older black woman who was very rude and had poor customer service skills. This is the first person you interact with when you come in the building. It just wasn't a good look for this organization. I was taught to respect my elders so I just left and had to hold my tongue. Old or not I think whatever your age is you should at the very least talk to people with some respect when they enter this building."
