"Don’t move here unless you want problems like this. You’ll get the same thing over again saying they’ll fix it and if you wanna transfer units to sign a paper and we’ll get in touch but I’ve done that twice now and nothing. I’ve put more than 5 work orders for this hole in the ceiling and this is their version of “fixing” it. I made sure to attach the picture of it first happening and a picture of their most recent attempt of fixing it. Highly do not recommend."

"Very Unprofessional and treats residents terribly. The snow removal is terrible, all throughout the snow season I had to shovel and salt our own pathway even though that is included. And even had to buy my own salt at one point even though that is supposed to be supplied. Slipped and fell because the porch was so mossy it was slippery when it got wet. Ended up having to get stitches and having some nerve damage. They “fixed” it and the following year the same thing happened to my brother. They “fix” things instead of actually fixing what needs fixing."

"Don’t ever live here. These people are just another example of corporate greed doing their best to make a buck and save as much money as possible when it comes to repairs. Their maintenance people have no regard for your things when fixing problems. Their staff is uneducated, ignorant, inconsiderate, and lazy. They’ve damaged our furniture, used our own vacuum cleaner which is now broken,, and we’ve been living on our living room floor for the past 3 weeks due to a incident with a leak from the apartment above us. When I asked the property manager when they would be done fixing the bedroom, she said, “I thought that was done already.” Very unprofessional, unorganized, and unfit for living conditions. I’d rather live in a studio in downtown Rochester."

"Very helpful and courteous office staff, Rebecca was very helpful and patient, answered every question and concern from day one. Sent every information needed to fill out all documentation. Move in was made smooth by the office and maintenance. The maintenance manager who took us into the apartment was very nice and calm, willing to go out of his way to make our move in as convenient as possible. Thank you to the entire staff, we are grateful. Will recommend this apartment to friends and anyone who needs a nice and peaceful place to stay."
