"We've been here since it opened in 2017. I just recently e-mailed michelle with a list of repairs we needed done. Some new and some old. I visited Tim in the nursing home and when I came back I saw blue tape on the floor with the receipt on the counter telling me to leave it on for 24 hours. ! knew the guys had been here so I checked all the other items i had on the list and they were all done except one that is probably not able to be repaired. i was very happy because they did an excellent job. THaNK YOU WILL AND AIDEN!!!"

"This place is lovely, bright, clean, and very comfortable. The neighbors are welcoming! They baked us cookies, put up welcome signs, left cards, and even gave up a gift certificate to Pizza Chef. One neighbor loaned us his cart to help with our move! This is how neighbors used to be when I was a child, so I am incredibly happy to see there are still people like this in the world. Also, kudos to Michelle the property manager for making us feel welcome. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"We've lived here just two short weeks, but we are so happy in our new home. Everything is first class in the apartment. The residents are very friendly and welcoming - even the dogs! Michelle was so helpful with the moving in process, and it's a comfort to know that Paul and Gary are available to assist us in any way they can. We truly feel our decision to move here was a good one!"
