"We just moved in last month and, while I love the actual apartment and my neighbors are great, twice now I've had to call them due to the kitchen sink not draining, the garage disposal not working, and the power along my bedroom wall not working. Plus getting maintenance over is difficult (though maintenance themselves seem great) since I'm always at work, don't want people in my apartment unattended, and they won't let maintenance come by when the kids are home (they're teens, not little kids). They also left me a vague letter about garbage in my apartment and fire hazards. Took me 2 days to get a hold of someone in person bc I know I don't have garbage laying around - their rude and condescending response? The dishes left on the counter (SO THEY COULD FIX THE SINK, lady argues they should be in the dishwasher like she can't figure out that's not going to happen without being able to rinse them in the sink first), the laundry we hadn't finished putting away because I work 13 hr days 5-6 days a week (landlady goes I wOrK a lot ToO aNd...), and the couch I needed help to carry out after we got a new one. They stated they assume we always live like that. Get a brain.Unfortunate that this place is anything but welcoming."

"Mark, was able to find the cause of the leak and repair and eliminate the problem. He then repaired the damage in my closet including fresh paint. During this process Mark kept me informed as to what and why he was doing the repair. He was professional and knowledgeable."

"Do you enjoy the smell of urine? My disgusting neighbor sits in his car all night and pees in the parking lot everyday for several years. The management keeps saying they are handling it but they never do anything. If you enjoy the smell of an open sewer everyday consider Perinton Manor."

"My fiancé and I scheduled a tour at Perinton manor apartments with high hopes. The tour was confirmed via email and text. The woman in the leasing office was unwelcoming and upset when we requested to see an apartment in person. When asked, she provided no details on pricing or availability. We were rushed through the apartment and she did not offer any information regarding laundry and did not attempt to show us any amenities. We were very disappointed in this horrible costumer service."
