"I’ve had a great experience at Highview Manor. It stays quiet, the communication with the office is wonderful and prompt, the pool is great, and any concerns have been remedied immediately. I am a working professional and graduate student and needed a quiet place to work and study and I’m very happy to have chosen this location. The apartment was wonderful upon move in and Tricia and Amy made sure the process was smooth for me. I never lived in a complex before, only rented directly from landlords, and was very hesitant to explore a complex but I’ve been very happy for my first year here!"

"This is a wonderful community that I have lived in for almost 6 years and wouldn't have it any other way. The front office is full of super helpful people, specifically Amy. The maintenance team is responsive and friendly. The community is quiet and nice, but still close to everything. This is a great place to call your home."

"Tricia is absolutely amazing she definitely deserves a promotion. As a first time renter the whole moving in process can be very complicated and you may not even know where to start but Tricia mad sure that all of my needs and questions were answered not to mention her communication was amazing! Out of about 5 different apartment complexes Tricia was the only one that made the obvious effort of welcoming me into the neighborhood and providing me with exceptional customer service which played a huge factor in where I wanted to live for my first apartment!"

"Lived here for two years. They say care free move in but apartment was dirty from the start… Place needs a lot of work. When I moved in they promised they were “redoing the halls” and that never happened. I first had a non renovated which in my opinion was in better shape than the cheap renovations that basically ruined the apartments… They also had renovated apartments that basically was the old stuff painted over and cheap counters slabbed back on-top of the old rotting cabinets.. Many times they would randomly fall apart. In my renovated bathroom, I had missing tile pieces from the “landlord special” renovations! I personally think for the money you spend at Highview manor, especially for a small & DARK apartment , you are better off checking other options! Office staff is very nice when you first move in but shortly it all changes.. The leasing agent who shows the apartments is the absolute sweetest lady ever and is probably the only reason i resigned to begin with … She cares so much but the rest did not. Tricia makes sure you are comfortable and everything you need is done. In my opinion she should be the property manager. The current property manager does NOT see ANY flaws with the property and Sinatra and co is running that place into the GROUND!!! I even found mold in my apartment and they acted like it has happened so many times before and it wasn't an issue that my sentimental stuff was ruined. Also my renovated apartment, I was the FIRST to move in there and paint chips all over the floors. I even had a chipped up bath tub. Under the calk in the tub was filled with mold as well shortly after living there… In the bedroom closet behind the bathroom I also had mold. Made me very sick and gave my animals lots of issues as well. This place is $$$ over people. I don’t morally know how they screw people over like they do but $1400 for a 1 bedroom that is falling apart with a “landlord special” renovation just doesn’t seem worth it in my opinion. When I moved in it was $795 for my non renovated in 2020 and $950 for my renovated. The increase does not justify the NOTHING that has being done at that property. I’m glad I left because it feels empty now that most apartments are vacant. PS, the ceiling photo is when a pipe burst and was left for MONTHS"

"I’ve lived here over 6 years in 2 different units in the townhouse section. Everything has been decent except the gym not being accessible as advertised 24/7 for quite some time now. The units are not modern unless you get a new lease bc they won’t update current units for people who have been here for years but we have been comfortable here despite that. Also, they just raised the rent over $100 which is too much so sadly I’m leaving. My neighbor just ran into the same situation and has lived here far longer than me. I guess when you want to jack your rates to 2k/month for 1970 buildings you’re gonna happily let loyal tenants leave. This is not a high end place and it’s a shame they see this as their path to the future. The giant pods have been sitting in the back lawn for a couple years now and the garbage huts frequently have discarded furniture stored outside them because people are always moving out. Our neighbors kids have destroyed the sidewalk that goes down our unit and giant chunks of asphalt often end up in the grass near our unit. Used to love it here but obviously there is no love lost because they’ve made it abundantly clear that the human factor isn’t their concern it’s just $$$. I also read that property management wasn’t allowed to raise rent this much without 90 days notice if you’ve lived in the unit over two years but where do you go to find out bc we didn’t get that much notice."
