"My apartment was riddled with mice. Neighbors were super loud. Lots of electrical issues - could not use microwave and toaster or power would go out in half of the house. There was a rancid smell coming out of the laundry room that would not go away no matter how much I cleaned, and the place was. I lived with a roommate and even though I paid my deposit to the landlord, they made me get my deposit from my roommate at the end of the lease, which seems very unprofessional to me. I would avoid if i were you"

"FYI - After completing an application and being accepted, I was told I had to give one months rent in advance, 2 months prior to the move in date. I never signed a lease or moved in. When I asked for a refund they told me it was not refundable. I took them to court and won. The money was not considered a security deposit (no signed lease) and was refunded by the court."

"The housing options are beautifully renovated with a clear interest in improving the living spaces of their tenants. Snow removal, lawn care, etc. well done, you can see the workers attend to the outdoor spaces every single day. Usually takes less than 24 hours for a response from the owners for any maintenance issues, however sometimes you have to be persistent about leaving messages and emailing."

"I have been renting from Wedge 23 LLC for the past year and a half. The South Wedge properties that I've seen have been renovated, updated with modern amenities, and overall are well-maintained. Snow plowing/removal is included, so their maintenance team is up and out plowing, shoveling, and salting in the wee hours of the morning - I haven't had to shovel or salt before heading out to work yet! The property manager, Sarah Farmer, is responsive, easy to work with, and communicates well. Highly recommend renting from them!"

"Really incompetent property manager. She does not respond to issues. When you call her she texts you back telling you not to call her and just leave a message. The heater broke during really cold winter months and we were told to use the space heater, 5 different times - it still is not fixed. The basement is flooded and stinks of mold - we will be filing complaints. The worst rental manager I have ever experienced. The houses they rent out are good value around South Ave, that's the only reason the properties are rented out. But beware, you will have to deal with unnessary headache."
