"This company is an absolute nightmare. The AC and heater are constantly out. I have a 5 month old and had to go stay with my mother in law for a couple of days and also had to do this several times over the winter so I was finally fed up and decided to tell them it was time for them to issue me a credit for the torture they’ve been putting me and my family through living in their overpriced building and they said no. LOL. Jokes on me for thinking that they would have a little kindness in their hearts. You’d think with all the money they’re saving from not fixing their faulty system they’d cut us a little slack. Nope. I have 47 other negative things I could say about the medical arts building that I name on another platform that should be easy enough for you to find. But I’m not gonna list them here. This is just what finally pushed me over the edge. One last thing: I thought I’d show the well lit stairwell that’s leads up to my $2200 month apartment. It’s been dangerously lit like this for months now and they don’t see anything wrong with it. Very strange."

"Just today I went into the rental office on Monroe Avenue to ask a question about parking. The office was very helpful because I did not want to get a ticket parking on the street. However one lady named Vickie stood up and made me appreciate the kindness of her office. Because I was unloading a uhaul truck she went the extra mile. She stepped out the front door and pointed me to another parking lot behind the building. I would definitely recommend anyone using the rental service of EXCELSIOR COMMUNITIES because of the people they hire."

"My family and I live in property that was managed by Excelsior for years the office staff were friendly and kind the maintenance team fixed problems as soon as they could, and did a great job, excelsior earns a good review with me, I will give this team credit they deserve. Ami Aaron and Erin always professional always diligent always cared. really miss the interaction. kudos for a job well done :)"

"Terrible service in every corner. literally the worst in every way. They wait weeks to cash your checks, ignore your maintenance requests and have complete disregard for even the slightest human decency. it’s extremely obvious that this evil company does not care at all about its tenants, service or properties and is only focused on making money."
