"Maintenance in insanely rude. I have lived here for almost 3 years and haven’t complained about any of the issues I’ve had. I called maintenance 7 times to change the light outside my apartment that has been out for over a week now and when someone finally called me back she was extremely rude and told me she came and saw it was broken yesterday and did not fix it and when I asked why it wasn’t fixed her response was “I’m not going to have this conversation with you”. DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"Maintenance is awful, won’t help at all. Will come and say they fixed it when they didn’t touch anything. Have to call a million times to even get a stupid light fixed outside. Mice everywhere, heating vents and outlets don’t work. Wreaks of cigarettes."

"I was trying to find a place in Rochester to move back to. I tried to get a place at the pines. I was a little concerned at first , but I thought I would give them a chance. My wife and I filled out the required paperwork, and we were under the assumption that we would be accepted. We were turned down . And after Reading the reviews and what we witnessed, I am glad you turned us down! Your apartment complex reminds me of the complex in Syracuse NY that we live in that we want to leave ASAP!We really dont need a repeat of are current complex"

"New office people great especially heather. Very helpful and caring. Wants tenants to have a good experiance here at the pines. As does matinence. Luis is kind and When he fixing something it is in a timely manner. He wants all to be well for tenants "Thats my job" love my pines home ."

"I've been here 3.5 years. The 2nd day I was here, my kitchen ceiling collapsed. In 3.5 years it was never corrected properly. New dry wall was put up 3 times, the leak from above my kitchen(upstairs bathroom) was never fixed appropriately until Aug 9, 2022. After many code violations from the town of Perinton. My family and I lived with mold, infestations and deplorable conditions. As of September 15, 2022 my new remodeled bathroom is still leaking into my newly renovated kitchen."
