"I really like this apartment complex. One thing that is unusual - they built it with double walls between apartments so what happens in my neighbor's apartment stays in their apartment. They are building another copy of my building right next door so I can see how the walls are built. I love having my bank, Wegmans and Walgreens all just an easy walk away. We also have various fast food places, sit down restaurants, and banks within a few blocks of the apartment. The apartments are well maintained and if something breaks, Jeff from maintenance does quick, competent and friendly service. I have not required urgent maintenance on anything yet but even putting in things on a low priority - the minor problems I've had were fixed quickly. Each unit has an attached single garage which was awfully nice during the winter. Speaking of winter - I do not miss shoveling the snow at all. They do a good job of keeping the place cleared out. And during the summer it's nice to let them take care of the lawns. BTW, trash pickup, cable and internet are included in the rent. Fairport Electric and RGE for natural gas - these bills are the responsibility of the tenant. The Glen at Perinton hills has a variety of floor plans. We went with a 2nd floor unit with 2 beds, 2 baths, a den - 1200 sq ft. Great for a couple downsizing from a 4 bedroom house."

"I have lived at the Glen for almost two years now, I find the Glen very convenient to everything, grocery stores, banks, the expressway and the thruway. If anything needs repair, the repairmen fix it, or if they can't, they call someone who can, like the recent problem with my refrigerator. I really like living at the Glen. Carol Cowan"
