"I am starting my forth year here at the Hammocks. The staff is exceptional! The first year that I was here, I needed a hot water tank replaced. Barry was over the same day within an hour that I called he was over here replacing it. I had an issue with my dryer, and Brent was over immediately taking care of it. Sue, Cheryl, and Bob are absolutely amazing as well. They are always very helpful. I leave for work early, and in the winter, the team that takes care of all are snow are out there early in the morning even before I leave. I have never had an issue getting out of the complex in the winter. The grounds crew do a great job as well."

"Efficient, professional and kind. The maintenance team of Hammocks of Southern Hills Apartments (Barry&Brent), have come to the rescue! I thought I just needed a new bulb for the microwave but they found the bulb socket was bad. They replaced the whole microwave with out hesitation. The office manager Sue helped coordinate. I have lived here 3 years and highly recommend these beautiful apartments!"

"Probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Not only do they not let you speak to an actual person while scheduling a tour but then they don’t update you that there aren’t any apartments available after you’ve scheduled that tour. A complete disregard for your time. Not to mention they don’t offer tours outside of normal business hours so I appreciate you forcing me to leave work early to show me an apartment that isn’t available with zero knowledge of when any apartment would be available. Zero stars would be the rating if possible. Have some respect for people’s time."

"DONT LET THE NICE LOOKS DECEIVE YOU. I give this place 1 star because when they say upgraded apartment it just means they slapped some paint on the walls ( very cheap paint ) and put silver appliances in the kitchen. The heat and AC is always broken. When it breaks they don't come fix it in a timely manner so I either freeze or it's unbearably hot. It may look good at first but it is very thrown together. I have had nothing but constant issues and things needing to be fixed. Also, the people who take care of the property are rude an entitled and they let themselves in your apartment when they think it is okay to do so. I honestly wouldn't recommend moving here, the neighbors are mean, one even approached my daughter while walking our dog asking "what shes doing here". I bet if her skin color was different she would of not been approached like that multiple times. Just be warned when looking into this apartment complex, even if you pay rent on time they will still send you a letter saying you owe them because they upgraded their software and apparently they do not know how to use it. I do give them credit, they plant flowers in the spring so it looks nice so there's that...."
