Jefferson Manor Townhomes

"Moved into an incomplete refurbishment with an absolutely filthy dishwasher. We're talking mystery sludge and mounds of what I can only assume was pet hair? Interior doors are marked up to high heaven. Basement is cramped and dirty as well. New electrical was done incorrectly to boot and clearly not tested. Thank God it wasn't something more serious that could have caused a fire. Maintenance is slow and will require at least one or two phone calls to get anything done, don't rely on the portal for communication. Poor guy that showed up had to do everything by himself. The included "snow removal" is currently non existent. First big snow of the year and they're nowhere to be found. As someone with a 9 month pregnant wife and a chronic back injury myself, this is an unacceptable lapse in contractual duties (and a legal liability on their end) that apparently goes back years. At this rate, we may not renew. The only saving grace is the location, otherwise I wouldn't pay more than $1-1.2K for this place. The deposit was three times the deposit of our last place despite being $1000 less / month."

"Great place to live. Nice private location but close to so many restaurants and stores. Extra large driveways so you don't have to have your company park on the street. Street is a dead end so no public driving through neighborhood. We have only needed to contact leasing office once but when we did our needs were met immediately."

"What a great place to live! Jefferson manor is by far the best community that i have rented from! I have lived in multiple communities throughout fairport and Jefferson manor has been the been the best by far! The management is super easy to communicate with and any maintenance requests that have been put in have been adressed within 2-3 days, much different than the other communities that i have rented from. I love the privacy and quite atmosphere that comes from our little neighborhood. We can decorate the yard, house and garden however we like, and the driveway lets us park 4-5 cars without any issue! Me and my family plan on staying here for many years to come!"

"I have lived at Jefferson Manor for 6 years now. The things I appreciate most are the quiet and friendly neighborhood, the ability to garden, and the freedom to make my townhome my own. Decorating inside and out are hobbies of mine so Summer days on my patio, crafting or barbecuing are priceless. It is easy for me to be proud of my home. The Administrative and office staff are always friendly, and when I have called for maintenance, the response has been prompt and friendly. I’m pretty happy."

"I have enjoyed living at Jefferson Manor for the last several years. The neighborhood is quiet and private. I enjoy having my own private yard and driveway so parking is never an issue. My townhome is the perfect size for me and the basement provides great space for storage!"
