"I toured with Tyne this afternoon and she was very knowledgeable of the area including local restaurants. She also provided me with several options for what sort of income verification I could provide as a small business owner. It was a very welcoming environment in comparison to a nearby apartment building I looked at first."

"We have lived here since the complex opened back in 2020, and I wouldn't find myself writing a review like this if our air conditioning wasn't broken continuously for the entire 3 years we've lived here. It has been a constant cat and mouse game with the front office and Kennedy HVAC going on years now to try and get this fixed but I'm pretty sure it's a fool's errand at this point. We ask for it to be fixed only to get a canned response saying "it should be fixed now!" and then it breaks again less than 2 days later. Every time. The amenities here are good, and the maintenance team is top notch, but when it comes to things out of control of the maintenance team themselves (e.g. HVAC) you're pretty much SOL. The old property manager Mollie was also much more responsive than the new team. The apartments themselves are nice, but if you move in here be prepared for an extremely inflated energy bill and perpetually broken heating and cooling, unless you like your apartment to be hot. Three years in a row now our apartment has been pretty much stuck between 74-78 degrees for 6 months out of the year despite running the AC at full blast the entire time and covering our doors and windows with sun reflecting film. We can have the AC set to 64 degrees and it will be blowing at 72+ coming directly out of the vent. You can't even open the windows because 490 and Goodman are right there, and the sound is obscene. Despite how much I love the actual apartment, I can't justify a higher rating because 3 years with broken HVAC? Seriously? Unreal. I would love to give 4 or even 5 stars, but I just can't when I'm getting shaken down by RGE every month just to keep my apartment at a nigh-unlivable 75 degrees EDIT: Respectfully to the reply from the owners here, we've been in contact with the front office continuously for years now, three times just in the past month or two. I'm not convinced that the 10th time is the charm."

"Me and my wife stayed there for three months and it was hell in a cell. So called dog friendly community where dogs are expected to sing like birds aside from the childish behavior of some of the tenants that complained just because they had a mouth. People wedging open the main entrance and letting anyone in and the manager asking if we could describe the persons that we saw there like they couldn’t see it in the cameras or we were security guards . The smell of ganja throughout the building mainly in the lobby was super nice even one of the new workers told me that it was the first thing she noticed when she started to work there. Like someone said a great view of the homeless in a very dangerous area. It was so nice to finally find a place where we could be happy with our dogs only to have to bring take them home after a few weeks just because they were being dogs. We felt like we were being picked on by a bunch of people that look forward to living alone in that bomb shelter."

"I was one of the first tenants here back in 2020 when the place opened. great staff Molly is a wonderful. Every time I have a question concern, or if something breaks they on top of it. my neighbors are outstanding people no drama no problems no loud music. We have lots of cute little doggies and puppies so when I come home, I like to play with random dogs. Joe is a wonderful at maintenance. Very friendly and professional. Victor is great at cleaning making sure everything is wiped down. He works really hard, very professional."

Entrance for food delivery or guests it so easy through Mobile Video App. If you need any Maintenance in your apartment property manager will make sure you’ll have them at your door ASAP. Btw you’ll love property manager, Andrew- The most responsive and caring property manager, simply the best!"
