"Been here roughly 1.5 years so far, and it’s fantastic. It’s clean, well maintained, and “modern”. The staff is friendly and on top of their stuff if/when I’ve had questions. Mobile kitchen “island” and vertical washer/dryer are a bonus as are rooftop deck, & patio. Downtown location couldn’t be more convenient."

"Have lived here for a year now and nothing but positives to say. Well maintained, friendly neighbors, great area, and affordable. Moved into a Studio B in March of 2022 and it was my first place on my own. Happy to call VIDA home and to continue to for the coming years"

"Going to leave a review as my experience with VIDA has been lovely. Been working with Lisa on getting accommodations for a unit: they have worked with my move in date and situation, and was able to give me a ton of options for units. They have been in contact with me over the whole process, and any questions I have are answered very quickly via email and/or phone. The units themselves are beautiful, and the area is perfect. It has a young crowd with a great vibe, feels very safe from my exploration of the area on my visits. Do be warned the units come unfurnished (unlike some student locations) and I wasn't able to find that on the site anywhere which is fine. They have a lot of options for units of all different price points, so I highly recommend looking at their site for what fits best for you and use the 3d room tours to get a feel of it. Only complaint I have is that on their website they stated units are available when they aren't; but, the office seems swamped constantly with calls and they might not have time to fix it. There seems to be only 2-3 people at a time working there, as their main office is still under construction and they take home in a current unit at the moment."

"Just finished a year in this complex. Lived in the original building, and they are rapidly building more additions. Overall, I would say this was good experience. The apartments are well maintained and maintenance, if ever needed is super responsive. The crowd on the street is younger and very active, as are a lot of the residents. The only down side if there is one is that the original building does not have an elevator, but I guess that encourages some exercise. Would definitely recommend moving here if you need a place to stay for residency or fellowship. Leasing office is super nice and very responsive."

"I love living here! The leasing staff has always treated me so well and I took great pleasure in being their pioneer tenant. The units are beautiful and affordable. The maintenance staff is quick and attentive to matters. All in all, I can’t say enough good things about VIDA. The only downside isn’t even their fault but that’s being situated right next to a traffic light that might be the longest and most useless known to man. It makes sleeping difficult when people are blasting their music at 2 in the morning. I digress, everything else about this place is a godsend."
