"500 Seneca needs to stop mowing their rain gardens. It defeats the whole purpose of the structure. Stop being part of the problem and be the “new Buffalo” you advertise yourselves as."

"Emily McNulty who is the Assistant Property Manager at Hydraulic Lofts is the kindest person I have ever met. She was so patient answering all of my questions and did everything she could to help me. The community at 500 Seneca is unlike any other place. The Property Manager's actually care about their tenants and want them to be happy to make Hydraulic Lofts their home. The rent is 100% worth it for not only the size of the apartment but all of the shops and businesses within it! The courtyard and atrium were my personal favorites."
