"It’s 19 degrees and the heaters aren’t working there’s no hot water they control the heaters and the water this is the worse building"
"The older security guard working this Saturday (February 1st) is one of the rudest people I have met in NYC...and that’s saying a lot. They need to get rid of him."
"The worst service ever. Elevators under repairs daily, tenants are strandet to 1 crowded elevator and long waits in the lobby.Garbage compactor always closed due to cleaning. The security always mingle and hangout with the ghetto tenants. The laundry room is a mess no upgrade washers and dryers. The lobby is always looking nice and thats about it. If you coming to rent here come after 7pm. Dont let brokers fool you.!!. By the way I am a 20 year tenant. I love the size of my 3 bedroom and balcony. Needles to say I dont depend on Super to do any repairs."
"I’m trying. To Rent an apartment. At 1990 Lexington ave. The miles but the rent is too high and I’ve. Nothing bad to say about the miles/ it’s 2018 maybe I’ll apply again"
"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! I think the only good part about the building is the size of the apartments and the balconies. The management is absolutely terrible. It is no more expensive than anywhere else in Harlem and it is not a great place to live. There are bugs, it is dirty, and many of those that live there are disrespectful of cleanliness. The management does not communicate well with renters about rent, security deposits, etc. It was a hassle to get anything fixed. I think after my first complaint they might have been a bit better but barely. NOT WORTH LIVING HERE! I moved to a similarly priced building and it is 10000x better."
