As a consequence, you must wait for up to 15 minutes during rush hour at the beginning and end of the day to get an elevator. You may want to live elsewhere if you factor another 15 min into your commute."

"2 Gold Street is the hidden gem of FiDi. The door staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and make us feel safe. The apartments are spacious with newer kitchens and appliances and plenty of cabinet space. The amenities are above and beyond with a 15 yrd (unconfirmed) indoor pool, spacious gym, dual pool tables, lounge, child play room, dual laundry rooms and outstanding rooftop garden. The amenities are rarely crowded and often make living in the city feel relaxing."
