"My fiance and I absolutely love this building. The location is very convenient and it has all the bells and whistles we'd ever want or need, including a spacious patio. Our favorite amenity has to be the well-crafted basement gym. We've always found the management and staff to be friendly and responsive, with all the normal repairs and maintenance being done in a timely and efficient manner. We're relocating soon for work reasons but will be sad to say goodbye and will be hard-pressed to find anywhere better to call home!"

"This apartment building is a scam and I wish I never moved in. They price and market it as a luxury building but nothing about it is luxury. The materials used to design the apartments are cheap and are already sharing wear and tear. The building was poorly made and I have had issues since day 1 of moving in, including, electricity wire issues (my electricity was incorrectly wired with my neighbors), Wi-Fi not working, low water pressure, peeling walls, strange odors, AC not working. The list goes on and every neighbor I’ve spoken to has had similar issues. Save yourself and stay away from this building."

"Do not move here if you want to actually receive packages that are mailed to you - they will be stolen and the apartment does not have appropriate security / video cameras. Also do not move here if you expect maintenance to respond to / fix basic requests in any reasonable amount of time"
