"TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve lived here for 2 years. When I first moved in the apartment was not clean and had multiple maintenance that had to be done. It was only done because I noticed and put in work orders. Agent Mark Nakash is unprofessional and difficult to work with. Not sure if he doesn’t like queer folks but he was impossible to work with and did not care about the quality of service he was providing. Air units are bulky and take up too much space. Closet spaces are awful. Mind you I lived at the top and still received terrible service. Do not move here."

"We lived here for the past 3+ yrs. We just moved out to move out of state. We loved living here as the location was great for both my wife and I. Everyone that works for this building was friendly and very helpful. If we ever needed anything fixed, it was done within a day or so, to the tenants satisfaction. I would recommend if you are looking for apartments in NYC, take a look at this place."

"Five years ago, we wanted a break from downtown prices but didn't want to give up the little quality of life amenities we were used to. It took a while to find our way uptown to Hamilton Heights but when we did and found the Alberta, we were sold. This a great building, with great rents in a vibrant neighborhood. It has a gym, 24-hour doorman, roof-deck, garage, each apartment has a washer and dryer and the rents are very reasonable for New York. We just moved out after five years. If we weren't moving from the city, we would have stayed in this building forever. The staff is very attentive and responsive to any repairs you might need, and the management is without a doubt the most human organization either of us have ever had as a landlord. We'll always remember living here with fondness."

"I must say, I have been living in this building for 5+ years and it has been a pleasure to live here. From start to finish everyone has been very courteous and helpful. Applying was quick and leases signed even even faster. Building staff gave me a nice welcome and helped me with my first move to the big apple. Doorman are nice and always respectful. Super and Porter are responsive and responsible. Management has always worked with me and did what they can to ensure a happy tenant. I have recommended several friends to the building and will keep more coming!"
