"Received a letter in the mail to schedule an interview with Christopher James by a certain date. It has been over a week past that date with no reply or answer. Super unprofessional. How does a massive building only employ 1 person. Seems like terrible management."

"The 8600 Staff should be fired. It is beyond my understanding how business is done there. The two African-American women working there are extremely rude and ignorant. They also lie in your face just so they can get you off their case. I also felt a hint of racism going on. Not the way to go Dayton Beach Park Corp!!!"

"Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Staff. They are NEW HIRES here and they are not wearing their name tags. They do refuse to tell you their names and job titles. However the front desk lady can easily tell you: "It's not your business!" when u ask to explain the "emergency" reason of why you were pushed further back on the parking waiting list. I even have a voice recording of her saying that exactly. And there is nothing you can do about it because the office manager (who is new too and Ive never saw her before) will slam the door closed right at your face saying if u remain in the office asking for the assistance still she will call the security to take u out. She refused to introduce herself: no name no legal title no employee ID i got no assistance instead She demonstrated very abusive and unprofessional attitude. They did discriminated my consumer/residential rights. If u ask them to give you a contact phone number for the main management office guess what would be the answer ?!? "We don't have it. Google it" just like that. And yea you will not find out who have you talked to in the management office during their work hours because according to them they are not obligated to introduce themselves. Welcome to the Dayton Beach Park! (management office at 8600 Shore Front Pkwy)"

"I was contacted by Jennifer for an interview for a property manager position, that I applied for from Craigslist. The interview was set for Monday at 12:00. All was good, until I started my car 1 hour before my interview. At 11:05 AM I contact Jennifer via E-mail because she never gave a phone number. I informed her that I need to reschedule my interview to my starter went bad. This unprofessional wrote back to me stating the following; I do not believe so. However I will keep you posted. --Jennifer Property managers do not want to travel to Rockaway Beach because of the travel. I was going to. But Jennifer needs to be relived of her duties due to her ways with people."
