"I barely write reviews for hotels or in general. This hotel though small was clean and well manicured. I unfortunately had an overnight lay over and was asked to stay here. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and decent sized considering NY. Though one night, I couldn’t be happier I spent the night here. They do deserve the accolades!"

"This hot is not it even to stay for night or more!. The rooms look very old in person , o January 19th the family suite I booked for was beyond small and the shower wasn't working at all. I called front desk at 1am to help with the situation, 1 guy came to the room half stomach out. Proceeds to tell me he will have someone else come up. A dyke female who "work at the front desk" came and said she will find another room for us and we said perfect.. 30 mins go by now it's 2am I haven't get a call from front desk or anybody. Once I called back at 2am front desk tells me "my apologies we've been trying to contact our manager but no one is answering and at the moment we have no rooms available" I then say "okay no problem , can I atleast receive a refund?" They told me yes. When I called for the refund because after 3-5 business days it wasn't in the account , the manager Maurice started being disrespectful and yelling on the phone."

"Had a horrible experience here. I recommend staying away. We had reserved a "Family Suite" that sleeps four. We were given a single tiny room, crammed with one double bed and one single bed. We protested that this was neither a suite nor could it sleep four; we were flatly told that there was nothing they could do and that the room description was accurate. There was no refund or even the slightest discount. We were extremely polite the entire time. We forced ourselves through the terrible night. In the morning I realized my shaver didn't work so I asked the front desk for one of those complimentary shaving kits that every hotel, down to the cheapest motel, provides. They said they had no such thing. Think of this place as a bare-minimum survival cot. Maybe good for college-age backpackers; not somewhere you would want to take a family or a significant other."

"The lobby staff, kitchen cooks, and housekeepers provided a delightful and helpful experience. My hotel stay was exceptionally comfortable—the bed was cosy, the room spacious by New York standards, and impeccably clean with ample in-room amenities. The 24-hour complimentary coffee, tea, bagels, and microwave comes in very handy as well. The superb location, just a stone's throw from the city, added to the overall charm. For those seeking a quieter experience away from the bustling Manhattan, this is the perfect place to experience the authentic feel of a New York neighbourhood."

"This was a good hotel I had the chance to stay at during NYC climate week. I really enjoyed my stay here as the hotel was quiet at night time, and the rooms were very clean. The staff did an exceptional job cleaning up the hotel room after every single day of the visit. The overall location was ideal as well, as it's 35 minute subway from Manhattan downtown area. The staff were helpful as well, if I ever needed an ironing board or anything they would point me in the right direction. Breakfast was decent as well, which is served every morning. Overall, I highly recommend this place as it's convenient, cost effective and a great place to stay."
