"Really enjoyed our stay here. It is hard to find a place of this quality at this price. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was very friendly, and let us keep our luggage in a secure storage for a few hours after we had check our. The location was quiet and safe, with easy transit access to midtown Manhattan."

"Very small room for $275 a night. Nothing around the hotel. Had my brother stay for 8 nights at $140.00 each with a much nicer room. I guess when you book from Europe you get better rates. Not sure if i would stay again. Breakfast was ok."

"Exceeded expectations. Really enjoyable stay. Front desk staff were remarkably friendly and attentive. The room was simple but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Ignore the negative reviews. Sure it’s not the Plaza, but you’re looking at hotels in Queens close to the airport and filter your results by “lowest price first”…come on y’all…. The area may suggest it best to cab from the city at night. But the morning ride into the city is a quick walk to a train station and maybe 10 minutes before you’re in Manhattan. (Maybe it would’ve been fine to subway back at 2am, just didn’t know the area well enough to do so comfortably) There are also lots of diners within walking distance which was nice for the trip out. We booked here because it was one of the few in our price range, so really didn’t have the highest hopes but Feather Factory was awesome; we will definitely be back."

"I loved staying here. Clean, great service, and a 10 min walk to the metro. Staff was amazing and gave us a complimentary 12 pm check out, fresh coffee and water station in the lobby also. Towels, sheets, bathroom all was super clean. Room is a bit small but the bathroom, shower, and bed are spacious so who cares. Highly recommend!"
