"*If you’re having a showing pretend the amenities DO NOT EXIST.* You will pay for unusable amenities and stonewalling from management. What you see in the unit itself is what you should consider paying for, with buffer for the building to get worse. Flooded moldy floor for 9 months, wide open front doors for 3 months with endless reported theft, broken garage doors for 6 months, disabled fire alarm system for 8 months... I was excited to live here, even made a viral tiktok finding roommates, but the building’s management is either incompetent, exploitive, or both. There has been meetings of 20 units’ tenants on pursuing group vs individual lawsuits against them, visits from FDNY for code violations, etc. If you wouldn’t pay full price for the unit with nothing else, don’t… because the condition of the building will only get worse, and repairs will not in fact start “next month.” Or in our case, not even next year."

"This place is DISGUSTING. I cannot believe they’re trying to sell these nasty apartments for over 2k/mo. This place is so slummy. Viewed an apartment here and I wanted to crawl out of my skin. I’ve lived in BK my entire life and this place is the worst I’ve ever seen. They try to peddle it as luxury and it’s the furthest thing from it."

"TO GET RID OF GHOSTS, YOU HAVE TO PLAY EDM IN YOUR ROMPER WHILE ROCKING OUT ON THE PATIO. THERE ARE 3 GHOST BUSTERS THAT LIVE HERE; G R C M IS LIKE GEORGE RR MARTINS SISTER WHO WRITES FAN FICTIONS ABOUT MARTIANS AND GEOLOGISTS WHO GET TRAPPED IN THE PAST. TOGETHER THEY MUST CONCEIVE AND TERRAFORM MARS WITH THEIR LOVE. PLEASE GRCM, SAVE THE HUMAN RACE WITH YOUR INTER-SPATIAL-SPECIES ROUGH HOUSING."
