Cunningham Heights Apartments

"As of last year, heat sensors were installed so from 7pm until 8am, we get no heat, even when it's 5 degrees outside. The tenants over me made holes in my ceiling and after sending certified letters to their legal dept, nothing was done. Maintenance never answers the phone so I'll continue to call 311. They painted my bathtub with the same paint you'd use on your walls. Everyone pretends like they don't know anything even after working there for 20 years. They pass the buck. Don't move here!!!! People put their storage in empty garage spots and they do nothing. No lights in the garage. I've been calling for 2 yeats for them to replace the light bulb."

"I'm not sure what happened to Cunningham Apartments. The lack of care for the tent's concerns and not taking care of the maintenance of the apartments is unacceptable. Everyone has mice in their apartment and maintenance aren't doing anything about it. New tenants are getting remodeled apartments, while the older tenants are dealing with old kitchen cabinets, old closets, rusty bathroom tubs, and toilets. Please, help me understand how this is right. I'm looking for a good lawyer to help me deal with the injustices of the matter."

"When we moved in back in 2019 these apartments were under CH Wen management and they were great. Buildings were kept clean and the grounds were kept immaculate. Now A&E purchased the property and its turning into mini ghetto projects. Everything is dirty, they don't cut the grass anymore. The buildings aren't cleaned properly and the garbage is always piled up. This place will be a super dump in about another couple of years. Not worth moving into this apartment complex. It officially a dump and alot of drug dealers in the buildings now too."

"Under new management! The maintenance staff is AMAZING! Especially Tonio, hardest working man in Cunningham. Always happy when I call maintenance and get Jenna, Jason or John! Hector knows alot about these apts, he's been around since I got here. Best maintenance staff in the world! I have been here for 30 years and NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HEAT OR HOT WATER!"

"The owner Jeff is very nasty and rude. He only wants to have city employees or patients who receive a city check at this housing property. I inquired as far as why I wasn’t approved for an apartment and he was very nasty and degrading trying to come up with multiple reasons as to why I wasn’t approved. Very disgusting and trash of a person and I highly wouldn’t recommend. He even hung up after he couldn’t take the factual evidence I had to prove he discriminated against me for the apartment. Do not move here ! They overcharge on the apartments and after finding out and trying to see why the price was way higher than what I was told by a person who referred me, he personally tried to sabotage my application."
