"Changing this review completely. What a mess they have created from a leak on the roof. Anyone that enters makes a worse mess. I ask to withhold a portion of the rent until resolved and no response. I love living in PCV but the service is the worst. I will no longer allow entry into my apartment without me being home. Their workers track in dirt even though I was promised booties. I now have partial walls down without an end game. My ice maker was finally fixed since first week of November. Need I say more??"
