"Building constantly has unsafe homeless encampments on the 30th street side which spills over from the property onto sidewalks. Numerous complaints to the building and security there go unheard, I tried to address it with security directly and was verbally assaulted and screamed at and called names by the security guard, which is caught on camera for safety and record keeping. Numerous neighbors along with myself have tried to address this with the building and with RELATED company management which they ignore despite the dangerous situation. BEWARE"

"How do I find out if I'm still on the waitlist for carriage Park apartments on 200 east 94st.Last time I heard from them was 2016.I brought my documents in Nov 2014 saw 2 1 bedroom apartments.I had a home visit but all I got was a dear John letter.I got called to bring documents to west 30th street location in March 2016.I brought documents again. Had appointment with rental clerk gave her my documents. Haven't heard from them since then.I really need to move from present apartment. I wondered if any other applicants have had this problem?"
